Return Policy:

10-Day Window: You have 10 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a full refund or exchange.

Items Eligible for Return: Items must be in new, unused condition, and in their original packaging. Personalized and customized items may not be eligible for return.

Return Process:

Provide your order number and a description of the item(s) you wish to return.
Once your request is approved, you'll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.

Exchange Policy:

Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery to arrange for an exchange.

Refund Process:

Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process the return and issue a refund.
